Opificio Romaeuropa

With its open space, fully covered by Wi-Fi, Opificio Romaeuropa – headquarters of the Fondazione Romaeuropa – is a venue designed to foster dialogue between new digital cultures and the interaction among various forms of audiovisual creation and communication, ranging from contemporary art to the latest developments in performing and digital arts.

Composed of modular spaces and a perfect combination of aesthetic quality and functional value, the venue allows for the presentation of performances and screenings, meetings, conferences, events, workshops, and film shoots. Nestled in the historic setting of the Ostiense district, Opificio offers a total area of 1,500 square meters across two levels and can accommodate approximately 100 seated guests or 200 standing.

An open space that encourages public access and participation, offering cross-disciplinary artistic experiences and shaping the Romaeuropa vision into a venue with a strong contemporary character. The structure includes a multi-purpose space of approximately 200 sqm, which can be completely darkened and is equipped for projection, sound, and video control, with access to service areas and kitchen facilities for logistics.
