Michelangelo Campanale
Compagnia la Luna nel Letto

Jack e il fagiolo magico (una storia tra terra e cielo)

Jack and the Beanstalk (A Story Between Earth and Sky) is the show by La Luna nel Letto, inspired by the traditional English folk tale. It tells the story of a boy who, with his instinct and trust in life, finds the happy ending to his adventures. An adventure between earth and sky, where anything can happen. Through storytelling and a miniature scenic machine full of details, actress and puppeteer Maria Pascale takes the little ones and their companions on a unique visual and sensory experience.

Michelangelo Campanale and Compagnia La Luna nel Letto bring to the stage the second episode of the trilogy dedicated to little Jack, inspired by the English fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk. In this chapter, Jack is no longer a child but a clever and brave boy, ready to face a new adventure. His country is torn by war, and his friends have fled to America. Eager to join them, Jack decides to fly over the ocean to reach them. Inspired by Charles Lindbergh, the first pilot to fly solo across the Atlantic, Jack embarks on a journey between sky and sea. The performance combines craftsmanship and new technologies to create a fantastic world where manual play and craftsmanship remain at the core. Maria Pascale directs a stage machine that, with the help of Michelangelo Campanaleand Michelangelo Volpe, allows the audience to step into small fantastic worlds, where Jack becomes a hero for all ages.
