Le idee emergenti spesso si fermano prima della scena. Powered by REF è il programma di sostegno, formazione e sviluppo del Romaeuropa Festival dedicato ad artist? che operano nella ricerca teatrale e nella performance, nat? tra il 1997 e il 2006.
La call selezionerà 3 progetti artistici emergenti, multidisciplinari e/o caratterizzati da una forte originalità nei linguaggi, nei formati o nei temi.
I progetti scelti accederanno a un percorso di accompagnamento pensato per affiancare concretamente il processo di creazione: tutoraggio artistico, residenze e occasioni di confronto utili a rafforzare l’autonomia produttiva e l’allestimento dell’opera.
Powered by REF nasce con l’obiettivo di sostenere la nuova scena contemporanea, investendo nelle fasi di ricerca e offrendo un tempo di creazione prolungato e sostenibile.

Emerging ideas often stop before reaching the stage. Powered by REF is the support, training and development programme of the Romaeuropa Festival dedicated to artists working in theatre research and performance, born between 1997 and 2006.
The open call will select 3 emerging artistic projects, multidisciplinary and/or distinguished by strong originality in languages, formats or themes.
The selected projects will take part in an accompaniment pathway designed to concretely support the creative process: artistic mentoring, residencies and opportunities for exchange aimed at strengthening production autonomy and the staging of the work.
Powered by REF was created with the aim of supporting the new contemporary scene, investing in the research phases and offering an extended and sustainable creation timeframe.
