La vegetariana

La vegetariana

Han Kang’s famous story in three acts, via three different points of view, confronts the gradual metamorphosis of a body and the hybridization of the animal and plant world. The Vegetarian forges a path towards emancipation and transcendence, which results in an ecstatic dissolution in the plant world. Daria Deflorian, together with Monica Piseddu, Gabriele Portoghese and Paolo Musio, brings to the stage this mysterious gesture, suspended between dream and reality, between the desire to embrace the world and the radical rejection of it.
