Il 10 maggio abbiamo presentato il programma della trentasettesima edizione del Romaeuropa Festival all’Accademia Tedesca Roma Villa Massimo. Oltre 400 artiste ed artisti provenienti dai cinque continenti per 74 giorni di programmazione, 80 spettacoli e 155 repliche in 18 spazi di Roma animeranno un’edizione del festival che vuole riaffermare l’energia infrangibile dello spettacolo, la vocazione umanitaria dell’arte, quella trasmissione libera di idee, visioni e passioni che è risveglio dei valori su cui si fonda il dialogo culturale oggi minacciato dalla violenza.

Ed è per questo che accanto al programma abbiamo dato vita ad una nuova partnership solidale con UNHCR nata con l’intenzione di disegnare un terreno comune di dibattito, riflessione e azione attraverso un percorso di eventi pubblici e narrazioni condivise, iniziative di raccolta fondi e la partecipazione dei rifugiati agli eventi del festival.
Con il progetto REF-EcoFriendly desideriamo, invece, invitarti a un approccio consapevole alla sostenibilità ambientale.

On May the 10th we presented the programme of Romaeuropa Festival’s thirty-seventh edition at the German Academy in Rome Villa Massimo. Over 400 artists from five continents, 74 days of programming, 80 performances and 155 rehearsals in 18 locations in Rome will animate REF2022 reaffirming the unbreakable energy of the performing arts, the humanitarian vocation of art, the free transmission of ideas, visions and passions that is at the heart of the cultural dialogue today threatened by violence.

This ensemble of artists, this set of stories and visions, of music and movements, of languages, cultures, perspectives is nourished by our encounter. For this reason alongside our program, we have created a new solidarity partnership with UNHCR – a dialogue born with the intention of drawing a common ground of debate, reflections and actions through a path of public events and shared narratives, fundraising initiatives and the participation of refugees in the events of the festival. The REF Eco-Friendly project invites you to have a conscious approach to environmental sustainability.
