At the heart of the playground, a large fabric female figure, La Grande Notte, welcomes children like a sky to inhabit. Spread out across the space, her presence evokes the ancient goddess Nut, the celestial body that embraces and gives birth to the stars, becoming a metaphor for a universe yet to be created.
Around La Grande Notte, three workshop experiences unfold: drawing, embroidering and colouring. Children are invited to create stars, dreams and constellations using threads, fabrics, colours and marks. Each participant entrusts the night and the sky with a wish, a dream, a thought of their own.
Throughout the Festival, what is created during the workshops does not remain a simple artwork, but gradually becomes part of the installation: the stars multiply, the constellations grow, and the body of the Night becomes filled with traces.
A collective sky takes shape through the imagination of those who pass through it.
