With her second album “stillness, stop: you have a right to remember,” the singer-songwriter Adele Altro, aka Any Other, has come to international attention as one of the most original and inspired artists around. Her complex approach to music and song represents a unicum in the current Italian music scene: an intimate and at the same time powerful and immediate writing, sincere as a confession and sharp as a blade, an ethereal and penetrating sound, immediate and refined, here characterized by rock veins and a more articulate layering. Present on stages throughout Europe, Any Other opens the first night of LineUp!

The italian magazine Deerwaves called them “an educated but wild band, current but ancestral. If Arcade Fire played in a Verga novel they would make this music here.” Little more than 20 years old, overall winners of the last edition of the italian prize Musicultura, and already called by ETRO for the soundtrack of the spring/summer 2024 fashion show, Santamarea are carving out a space for themselves in the Italian music scene with an indefinable sound in which the cultural stratifications and Mediterranean contaminations of their Sicily pulsate. Composed of three blood brothers (Stefano, Francesco and Michele) and an art sister (Noemi), the Palermo-based band lands at LineUp! with its songs laden with allegories, symbolism, decadent imagery, electronic and choral, post-rock and Mediterranean sounds.
