Treatise, created by Cornelius Cardew between 1963 and 1968, today represents one of the most successful examples of graphic scores, in all its complexity (193 pages). Pianist and composer Fabrizio Ottaviucci has divided the pages of the mammoth composition into six parts and having presented the first five at past editions of the REF, to the applause of public and press, this year concludes his long journey. For the occasion, the musician and composer will perform the piece ‘For Cornelius’, written by Alvin Curran, with which he inaugurated his cycle at the REF in 2018.
