Se ancora non avete approfondito il programma musicale del REf21, questo è il momento che fa per voi. Dedichiamo alla musica classica contemporanea e alle sue sperimentazioni questa playlist in cui l’incontro tra Max Richter, Clark, Gianni Maroccolo e Antonio Aiazzi crea un percorso tra post-minimalismo, scritture orchestrali e new wave italiana. Se ciò che cercate è invece un momento di festa, di leggerezza all’insegna del pop e dell’elettronica vi suggeriamo questo percorso di ascolti sulle note delle artiste protagoniste di Line Up! (Rachele Bastreghi, Margherita Vicario, Emmanuelle, Ditonellapiaga, Boyrebecca, La Nina e Bluem), de Il Quadro di Troisi e ancora del più sperimentale Not Waving.
LETTURE per chi non sa rinunciare alla carta
Di libri potremmo consigliarvene molti. Diversi sono quelli che hanno ispirato alcuni spettacoli del REf21 (Dante Antonelli fa propri alcuni romanzi di Yukio Mishima come Trastulli d’animali; Fabiana Iacozzilli cita i saggi di Orna Donath – Regretting Motherhood – e il diario Maternità di Sheila Heti; perfino Max Richter fa proprie in The Blue Notebook le parole de i Quaderni in Ottavo di Franz Kafka). Ma ci piace invece consigliarvi i romanzi delle scrittrici e degli scrittori protagoniste e protagonisti de Le Parole delle Canzoni il format di Treccani che in autunno si svolgerà per la prima volta al REf e del quale vi parleremo più dettagliatamente al nostro rientro: L’acqua del lago non è mai dolce di Giulia Caminito, Sembrava Bellezza di Teresa Ciabatti, Ladri di denti di Djarah Kan, Adorazione di Alice Urciuolo, Class di Francesco Pacifico.

Also this year, the time has come for a short break. If you have been able to make the most of your summer holidays in safety, if you have just returned to the city, or never left it, and you don’t know how to escape these extreme temperatures, here you can find our Summer Survival Guide 2021, which we hope will accompany you during these August evenings.

This is the perfect time to explore the musical program of REf21. We dedicate this playlist to contemporary classical music and its experimentations, in which the meeting between Max Richter, Clark, Gianni Maroccolo and Antonio Aiazzi creates a unique parcours between post-minimalism, orchestral writings and Italian new wave. If what you are craving are instead moments of celebration, of lightness in the name of pop and electronic, we then suggest the listening path along the notes of the artists protagonists of Line Up! ! We could recommend different books to you, several are those that have inspired some of the shows of Ref21 (Dante Antonelli adopts some novels from Yukio Mishima as The Frolic of the Beasts; Fabiana Iacozzili quotes Orna Donath’s essays – Regretting Motherhood – and Sheila Heti’s diary Motherhood; also Max Richter makes his own words from Franz Kafka’s The Blue Octavo Notebooks). But we would also like to recommend the novels of the writers protagonists of the review Le Parole delle Canzoni (The Words of Songs) made by Treccani that in autumn will debut at Ref and of which we will talk about more in detail upon our return: L’acqua del lago non è mai dolce by Giulia Caminito, Sembrava Bellezza by Teresa Ciabatti, Ladri di denti by Djarah Kan, Adorazione by Alice Urciolo, Class by Francesco Pacifico.
