In 2019 Spanish choreographer and dancer Jesús Rubio Gamo conquered the audience of the Romaeuropa Festival with his overwhelming Gran Bolero, a real hymn to dance and movement, to contact between bodies meeting with each other.
Today, in this period deeply marked by the pandemic and social distancing, he returns to the stage with a solo aimed at exploring and remembering the power of art and its beauty. A new tribute to the mobility of the body and of thought, to the flow of ideas and our questions, to the daily epiphanies which- through dance-reveal themselves in imagination and in human expressiveness. Engaged in a dialogue with music by Johann Sebastian Bach, El Hermoso misterio que nos une is an attempt to remember, even in a time of isolation and loneliness, the strength of our creativity.
